The Masterplan
Northgate is planned as a single campus of four buildings totalling 1.54 million square feet, laid out around a central green spine rather than a shared truck court. Trailer movements are kept to the outer ring so the interior of the park stays walkable.
Roughly nine acres along the north edge are given over to a restored wetland and a two kilometre trail loop that connects every building entrance to the transit stop on Ridgehill Parkway.
This is a demonstration page. In the reference build it carries the same header, footer and section structure as the home page.
