Northgate Business Park is targeting Net Zero Carbon certification across every building in the campus.
Designed with respect for the landscape it sits on, Northgate pairs sustainable building systems with a genuinely pleasant place to work. Every roof is solar-ready, warehouse lighting is fully LED and daylight-linked, and the stormwater system feeds a restored wetland along the park's north edge.
Phases I and II are complete and occupied. Phase III adds two new buildings totalling 615,000 square feet, delivering in 2027.
