Phase III adds two buildings on the north parcel, 4820 and 4860 Northgate Drive, totalling 615,000 square feet. Site servicing is complete and vertical construction begins in spring 2027.

Both buildings are designed to the same standard as Phases I and II: 36 to 40 foot clear heights, ESFR sprinklers, LED warehouse lighting, EV ready stalls and solar ready roofs. Units can be demised from 60,000 square feet.
